Pls help me...Im a DSL subscriber Php 1,299 bundle with Landline and unlimited Internet connection of 512 kbps - pldt dsl bundle

In a package of 1299 subscribers to fixed line DSL and PHP with an unlimited Internet connection at 512 kbps.
But test after PLDT DSL speed is the result of only 389 kbps. I wonder if this is normal? or the speed of my DSL is too slow, what do I pay?
If this is too slow for my DSL to complain of PLDT.

Second, agree with my coach PLDT woman told him that if we want to test my speed Internet, just go to speedtest.net and click on Singapore as a test for my server. I wonder why I try to test at speedtest.net PLDT rather its velocity? Please help me, if you complain about them.
