Does anyone actually stick to the recommended serving size? - picture of a glass of orange juice
I know too many people eat too much - but why the recommended servings for Ultra-miniature?
This morning, my new breakfast cereal, so that eating 1.5 ounces it. Here are a few teaspoons.
So was the picture of the box "serving suggestion" a woman eats 1.5 ounces of grains, including bananas, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, 2 pieces of bread, a glass of milk and a glass of orange juice.
Well, if I eat all that? What happens if I want to eat cereal?

I pretty much go with what my body says .. I believe that many of the recommended service is pathetic .. lol I mean 3 pins .. Yes, you can only eat 3 or 4-pin grapes ..
