I have what feels like a lump in my throat and I can feel when I eat really boring, because it makes me nervous that I'm choking on food. Is this a sign that I am at the beginning of a cold? Thank you. Also, if you know how to get rid of any home remedy, which is highly appreciated. Thank you.
